Robert Amos Heath

Robert A. Heath Sr, age 98, was called home to be with the Lord on October 17, 2021. He is preceded in death by Margaret A. (Atchley) Heath, parents, Rachel and James Heath, daughter, Judy Heath Cash, son-in-law, Larry W. Cash, daughter-in law, Cindy Heath, granddaughter, Jennifer Heath, 2 brothers, and 3 sisters. He is survived by his wife, Betty Jane Heath, daughter and son-in-law, Glenda and Jim Murrell, son, Jr. Heath, grandchildren, Gina and Rick Greene, Jama and Tim Wilson, Tammie and Doyle Plemons, Brandi and Patrick Sutherland, and Michael and Megan Heath, and step-children, Amos Chandler and Shirley Chandler Harrison. The family will receive friends at Solway United Methodist Church on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, from 5:30pm-7:00pm, with a 7:00pm service to follow, officiated by Rev. Henry L. Lenoir. Friends and family will then meet at Berry Highland Cemetery on Sutherland Ave on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 10:45am for an 11:00am graveside service.
