Robbie Lynn Debusk

Robbie Lynn DeBusk, age 60, was born on July 2, 1956 and took his wings to fly away to meet the Lord on October 7, 2016, with his mother and 2 of his sisters holding his hands. He was a longtime employee of Towe Iron Works, whom he counted the late David and Fay Towe as his family also. He cared very much for sons David and Jeff Towe. Robbie loved to work on old cars and race cars. He is preceded in death by father Jimmy L. DeBusk Sr. (1976); stepfather Kenneth R. Gorman Sr.; grandparents Noah and Elizabeth Woods and Earl and Lula Mae Debusk; great-grandmother Cynthia Humphries. Survived by loving mother Carolyn D. Gorman; children Lisa and Robbie Jr. and Christopher and Kelly Debusk; ex-wife Wendy Debusk; his great Joy was grandchildren MaKenize and Carson, Lilly, Declan and Madeline DeBusk; brothers Carl Steven (Sondra) and Jimmy L. Jr.; sisters Sue (Dennis) Cindy, Kim (Chris) Loretta, and Teresa (James); and many nieces and nephews. Robbie has many great friends who will miss him greatly. Family and friends will meet 2:45 pm Friday at Lynnhurst Cemetery for a graveside service at 3 pm. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City
