Rickie Eugene Lewis

Rickie Eugene Lewis, age 62 of Knoxville, TN, passed away peacefully Thursday, December 14, 2023 at his home surrounded by family. Rickie was an amazing, strong willed, hard working man who loved his family more than anything else.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Tammy Lewis in 2021; parents, Roy and Mary Lewis; sister, Brenda Evans; father-in-law, Eddie Lusby; brother-in-law, Jimmy Lusby. He is survived by daughter, Tabitha Alligood (David); son, Matthew Lewis; grandsons, Aadin and Chandler Alligood; siblings; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike Lewis (Patti), David Lewis (Jannifer), Donna Newcomb (Frank), Linda Harden (Andy); 29 nieces and nephews; 24 great-nieces and nephews. Special friends, James (Jim) Lindsey and Lynn Deaton.

The family will receive friends from5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday, December 18, 2023 at Mynatt Funeral home, Halls Chapel with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM. Reverend Blaine Lewis officiating. Family and friends will meet 12:15 PM Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel and proceed to Greenwood Cemetery for a 1:00 PM graveside service.
