Rickey Luther Elbell

Rickey Luther Elbell age 60 of Hopkinsville, Ky formerly of Knoxville passed away Monday, March 4, 2019 at V. A. Medical Center, Murfreesboro. He loved his family and helping other through counseling. He was of the Methodist Faith. At the time of his death, he was an independent agent with AMERILIFE and also a counselor with Genesis. He was a U. S. Navy veteran. Preceded in death by his mother; Shirley (Roberts) Elbell. Grandparents; Luther and Charity Elbell and Lillie and Curtis Roberts. Survivors; Father; Charles Luther Elbell who passed away on September 4, 2019. Sister; Sherry James. Brother; Chuck (Pam) Elbell. Nephews; Joshua James, Jacob, Benjamin and Luke Elbell. Family and friends will meet 11:15 am Monday, September 23, 2019 at East Tennessee Veterans’ Cemetery (John Sevier) for an 11:30 am committal service, Chuck Elbell eulogist and full military honors provided by the East Tennessee Veterans’ Honor Guard.
