Rick Segars

Rick Segars, age 59, of Knoxville went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. A veteran of the United States Navy. Preceded in death by his father, Tom Segars. He is survived by his spouse, Debbie Segars; son, Abram Wilson and granddaughter Audrey Wilson; mother, Peggy Lemkowitz (James); sister, Teri Skipper; brother, Ryan Segars; nephew, Andrew Skipper; niece, Britney Collins’ several special friends and neighbors. The family extends a special thank you to the staff and doctors of Tennova Hospice for their excellent care and compassion during Rick’s illness. Family and friends will gather at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery- John Sevier at 11:15 AM on Thursday, September 10th for an 11:30 AM committal service with full military honors provided by East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard.
