Richard Wayne Treece

Richard W. Treece (Rick) passed away September 8, 2013 at his home. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church of Fountain City and a former member of Dante Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his dad, Bill R. Treece; grandparents, Rondy Treece, R. B. and Roxie Cox. He is survived and will be missed by his family, mother, Lois Treece; daughter and son-in-law, Christi and Curtis Hampson; grandmother, Mary Treece; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jim and Karen, Gary and Susan; sister, Melissa Treece; nephews, Scott and Justin Treece, Connor Reis; niece, Kimberly Poore; great nephews, Christopher, Micah, Will, Abram and Wesley Treece; great niece, Avery Poore; aunts; uncles and many special friends. Funeral service 8:00 pm Tuesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Rev. Phillip Murphy and Rev. Charles Lawson officiating. Family and friends will meet 1:15 pm Wednesday at the funeral home and proceed to Sharon Baptist Church for 2:00 pm interment. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 pm Tuesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
