Richard Thomas Phipps

Richard “Ricky” Phipps, age 51, passed away March 27, 2021. He was saved at Cedar Ford Baptist Church. He enjoyed watching football with his son, whom he cared for deeply. Preceded in death by father Boyce Emerson Phipps I and brother Boyce Emerson Phipps II. Survived by son Chad Emerson Phipps (mother Melissa Phipps), mother and step-father Linda and Charles Loy, niece Aijanna Phipps, step-sister Tammy Gallaher (Scott), and step-brother Jack “Richie” Loy (Lisa).
