Richard Quinn Phelps

Richard Quinn “Daddy” Phelps age 78 of Maryville went home to be with the Lord Friday, November 23, 2018. Retired from CSX Railroad. Survivors, daughter and son-in-law Julie and Kent Parris, grandchildren Austin and Trace Parris and a host of other family and friends. Memorial service 11 am Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Middlesettlements United Methodist Church in Louisville, Tennessee. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at the memorial service or mailed to 417 Danbury Ct. Maryville TN 37804.
