Richard “Rick” McCoy, age 58 of Knoxville, passed away March 21, 2021. He was a member of Byram’s Fork Baptist Church. Preceded in death by father Pete McCoy and brother David McCoy. Survived by children Josh and Jessica McCoy of Jellico, mother Anna McCoy, sister Sherry (David) Humphrey, several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. Guests may call at their convenience from 2:00-5:00 PM Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet 10:45am Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at New Loyston Memorial Gardens for an 11:00am graveside service, Rev. Robin Ryder officiating.
