Rhonda Lynn Holt

Rhonda Lynn McGinnis Holt, age 48 of Knoxville passed away on June 1, 2021 at her home. She was a member of New Life Baptist Church of Powell. She was a loving stay at home mother but had also worked at Open Arms of Care as a caretaker and as a billing coordinator with Care Plus. Preceded in death by her mother Shirley Yarber, father David McGinnis Sr., grandparents Roy and Stella Snelson and William and Maggie McGinnis and Pearl Yarber, and mother-in-law Helen Holt Peck. Survivors include her husband William Holt, sons: Justin (Stephanie) McGinnis and Tyler (Ashley) Holt and daughter Miranda (Chay) Bowers; grandchildren: Kenzley McGinnis, Peyton McGinnis, Jayce McGinnis and Avalyn Holt; dad, Jack Yarber; brothers: David McGinnis, Paul Yarber, Donny Yarber and Tommy Yarber; sisters: Tammy Gray, Shirley Dunsmore and an abundance of beautiful nieces and nephews she loved dearly. The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 6, 2021 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel with a funeral service following at 7:00 pm with Rev. David McGinnis, officiating. Everyone is asked to meet by 12:45 pm on Monday, June 7, 2021 at Lynnhurst Cemetery for a 1:00 pm graveside service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mynatt Funeral Home to help assist with funeral expenses.
