Rebecca Lynn Hayes

Rebecca “Becky” Lynn Vanover Hayes, age 37, of Knoxville, was called home on Sunday, October 22nd, 2017. Becky was born October 9, 1980 in Knoxville, Tennessee. She was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. She was a wonderful young lady with a great spirit, joyful, funny and outgoing. She is already missed so very dearly by so many. She is preceded in death by grandparents Virginia and James Vanover, Edward “Ed” Hammond, Scott Brandy, niece Andi and nephew Samual, uncles Kenny and James, mother and father-in-law Iva and Jim. She is survived by husband Jimmy Hayes; children Katie and Charles (Bubby); parents Martha and Charles Hammond; sisters Lacey, Amy, Amanda, Cindy and Michelle; brothers Charlie, Jimmy Dale, and Allen; nieces Belle, Anna, Tara, Brianna, Hanna, Racheal, Bethany, and Christin; nephews Jordan, Elijah, Gabe, Josh, Ray, Canaan, Sabin, and Tyler; sister-in-law, Sue Anderson and brother-in-law, Roy Anderson. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00pm, Friday, October 27, 2017 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel, with funeral to follow at 7pm, Rev. Larry Duncan officiating.
