Rebecca Anne Claxton

Rebecca Anne Selph Claxton, age 50, of Knoxville passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. She attended the University of Tennessee and Tennessee Technology at Knoxville, where she became a Licensed Practical Nurse. Becky was employed as a nurse at DCI, in South Knoxville for seventeen years. Recently she worked at home for Jewelry TV. She loved the beach, crafting and being with her family and friends. Preceded in death by her grandparents, survived by her husband Bryan Claxton; daughters Jordon and Chloe; parents Brad and Julie Selph; sister Elizabeth, her husband Chris Sheppard and family; father-in-law Harvey Claxton, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The family wishes to thank Becky’s many friends, family members and, the staff of UT Medical Center, TSICU, for their care and support. A receiving of friends will be held Monday, October 11, 2021 6:00-8:00 pm with a memorial service at 8:00 pm at South Knoxville Church of Christ with Minister Geoff Mabe officiating.
