Raymond "Pap" Eugene Webster

Raymond (Pap) E. Webster 79, of Blaine went home to be with the Lord on March 16, 2025. Raymond was a Carter High School graduate and retired from General Shale Brick and the City of Knoxville. Pap was saved at 14 years old and was currently a member of New Freedom Missionary Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Beulah Webster, and his brother-in-law, Lynn Pilgrim. He is survived by his wife Judy Richard Webster; children, Todd Webster, Stephanie and Danny Kirby, Tommy and Charlotte Richard and Lunda and Brian Dow; grandchildren, Morgan and Josh Whitfield, Tyler Vineyard (Nicole Doyal), Kailey (Papaws Pumpkin) and Caleb Coffey, Hannah and Harper Kirby; great-grandson Wyatt Whitfield; brother-in-law Jeff and Kathy Wilson, brother, A.C. and Debbie Webster; sister, Bobbie Lee Pilgrim; many nieces, nephews, cousins and special aunts, Jewel Webster and Lela Lovell; Joan Leifheit (mother to Todd and Stephanie). Pallbearers will be Wayne Chamberlin, Wayne Williamson, Mont Finley, Wayne Miley, Buddy Harrell and Tommy Stalans. Pap enjoyed making fried pies for everyone and he loved his church family so much. The family would like to give a special thank you Dr. Dean Mire, the staff at Fort Sanders Medical Center for all the love and care they have shown the family since 2019, his PT Luke and his nurse Becky. Also, a special thank you to Creekview Health and Rehab especially John Tillery for all the love and kindness you have shown our family. Also, to Mynatt Funeral Home for taking such great care of our Pap. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel followed by a 7:00 p.m. Celebration of Life Service, Rev. Aaron Hunley and Rev. Lee Wayne Grubb officiating. Family and friends will meet 12:45 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Rutledge Pike Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery for a 1:00 p.m. graveside service. Condolences may be left at www.mynattfh.com.
