Raymond "Ed" Edward Carroll

Raymond "Ed' Edward Carroll, age 80 of Knoxville, TN passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024 at Ben Atchley Tennessee State Veteran's Home.  Ed was so proud of serving his country in the United States Army, 3rd Infantry Division.  He fulfilled a lifelong dream of traveling all over the country as an over the road long haul truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Carroll and his dog, "DOG."

Ed is survived by his daughter, Jewell; 4 children; 9 Grandchildren; 1 Great Grandchild and 2 Great Granddogs.

A graveside service with full military honors will be held 1:00pm, Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Beech Springs Cemetery on Beech Springs Road in Kodak, TN with Chaplain Clay Mulford officiating.  The family will receive friends 6:00pm - 7:00pm Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at Mynatt Funeral Home Powell Chapel
