Randall Allen George

Randall “Randy” Allen George, age 50 passed away on Friday, October 26, 2018. He was born in Chattanooga but lived in Knoxville, Maryville, Friendsville, and Luttrell Tennessee. He graduated from Bearden High School in Knoxville. He worked in heat and air and painted most of his life, running his own company for several years. He was a project manager for Custom Crafted the last couple years in Sevierville, TN. He was a member of Washington Pike Methodist Church while growing up but attended other churches over the years before he got sick. He was a believer and was saved at a young age. In his last days he said he was “ready to go to heaven”. In his youth he was active in in baseball, golf, swimming, and was an outstanding water skier. He also loved to hunt and fish. He loved to visit his grandmother and granddad’s cabin on Cherokee Lake where he could go skiing, boating, fishing, and have great love and fellowship with his family. He was a big supporter of the University of Tennessee and enjoyed going to the games or watching them on TV. He loved taking his family and three children to beaches such as; Myrtle, Daytona, and his favorite Panama City Beach. He also loved taking his family to Dollywood where he had season tickets. In the winter they would rent a cabin in the Smokey Mountains. He loved the Smokey Mountains in the summer for picnics, swimming, and to just have fun with the kids. He was a lover of good music. Elvis Presley was his favorite. He adored life and his three children. He was adopted at three months old and loved his mom and dad and they loved him as much and being adopted meant, ‘’we chose him’’. His biological mother and dad also came into his life four years ago and they shared good relationships and good times with their families. Randy had many good friends through the years including: high school buddies, fellow coworkers, etc. Randy had was very outgoing and never met a stranger. He could talk with anyone and feel at ease. He was loved deeply especially by his three children and immediate family. He will be missed so much. He is preceded in death by his loving mother Pauline George, and grandparents Jimmy George Sr. & Evelyn George and Evert Roach & Pearl Roach, and uncle David George. He is also preceded in death by his biological father Jimmy Haggard. He is survived by children; Raven, Brooklyn, William, and Chris George and also special friend Isaiah Cooper. He also leaves behind sister Chassy Nasser Fugate and her children (Erica, Matthew, and Robbie), adopted dad for 50 years Jim George, special friends Joyce George and Mike & Lisa Patt, mom Sandra Brinkley & husband Jim Brinkley, sister Denise (Michael Hurt & children), step- mom Judy Haggard, sister Cindy Johns (Russell & children), aunts and uncles; Lee & Judy Mynatt, Carolyn and Gary Nelson, and Stanley Atkins, uncle Kenny George & Merrily, family; Becky George & Kristina, Bud Haggard, (Pat) Lance, Sharon Hutchison, Shawn and Rebecca Hutchison, Joel Roach and children, Betty Fuller & Judy and children; and other nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Mynatt Funeral home in Fountain City (2829 Rennoc Rd. Knoxville TN 37918).
