Randal Devoyd Parker

Randal DeVoyd Parker, 78, of Knoxville, passed away Monday, January 21, 2019 after battling cancer and heart failure. He was a member of Powell Church. He was preceded in death by his father Charles Parker and mother Hazel Parker-Smith. He is survived by his wife Wanda Staley Parker; son Chuck (Karen) Parker; daughter Tina (David) Hunley; sister Betsy Daniels Yarnell; grandchildren Wil Parker, Samuel Hunley, Taylor Parker, Arieal Hunley, Bethany Cooper, Ryan Hunley; and four great grandchildren. Family will receive friend at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel on Friday, January 25, 2019 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm with funeral service to follow starting at 7:00pm with Rev. Stephen Doyal to officiate. Family and friends will meet at 10:45am for an 11:00am interment on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Blaines Chapel Cemetery.
