Ralph William Anderson

Ralph W. Anderson, age 79, went home to be the Lord on March 14, 2016. Ralph was born on February 4, 1937 in Knoxville, TN. He was a member of North Acres Baptist Church and attended Highland Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Jim & Hazel Anderson; brother David Jones; sister Mary Latham. Survived by wife of 57 years Zella Anderson; children Ralph Anderson Jr. (Toni), Alice Gregory (Larry), Tyler Anderson (Robin); grandchildren Whitley Paris (Josh), Corey Gregory (Ronna), Kailey Norton (Eric), Kagan Anderson and Casey Adkins; three great grandchildren Hunter Paris, Beau and Stella Gregory; brother Earl Anderson; sisters Helen Gaulding and Martha Grant; several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Westmoreland Rehabilitation Center and Caris Hospice Care. Funeral service will be 8 PM Thursday at Highland Baptist Church with Pastor Byron Chesney officiating. Friends and family will meet at 10:45 AM Friday at Eastview Memorial Gardens for an 11 AM graveside service. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Thursday at Highland Baptist Church. Serving as pallbearers will be Roy Anderson, Corey Gregory, Kagan Anderson, Greg Sauceman, James Sauceman Jr., Chad Joiner, Tony Waggoner, Josh Nelson and honorary pallbearers will be Hunter Paris and Beau Gregory.
