Ralph Edward Headrick

Ralph Edward Headrick, age 77, of Knoxville, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 13th, 2017. He was born on July 16th, 1940 to the late “Boss Man” Judd and Robbie Chapman Headrick. He is preceded in death by sister Dianna Headrick, baby brother Edward Headrick, special aunt Faye Chapman, and great-grandson Karter Headrick. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Dorothy Headrick, children Tina Widner, and husband Rick, Penny Maxwell, and husband Travis, and son Jeff Headrick, and wife Katrina, grandchildren; Amanda, Dustin, Chelsey, Jessie, Jessica, Kyler, Cody, Brandon, Brianna, Grace, 10 great-grandchildren, sister Charlotte Shankles, and husband Charles, numerous extended family and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 15th, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel, with funeral service to follow. Reverend Charlie Lynch and Reverend Earl Mayes will be officiating.
