Rachel Elaine Smith, age 46 of Knoxville, passed away February 17, 2023. Preceded in death by grandparents Earl and Betty Passmore, and brother Blake Passmore. Survived by children daughter Haley Smith (Jeremy Kelley), son Tristen Smith (Taylor Williams), grandson Sutton Smith, mother/best friend Robyn Slaton, father and stepmother Steve and Lois Passmore, sister Natalie Wells (Justin Meridieth), grandparents Bob and Bea Slaton, niece/nephews Logan and Landon Wells, Lakin Godfrey, Uncles, aunts, and cousins that she loved dearly.
