Preston Arthur James “A.J.” Brooks, age 37 of Knoxville, TN joined his father with the Lord, Wednesday, July 12, 2023. He enjoyed spending his time riding motorcycles, fishing, being on the lake, loved being with his nieces and nephews and loved his momma. He was preceded in death by beloved father Arthur James Brooks and grandparents. He is survived by loving mother, Kathy Brooks; sisters Tabatha (Tim) Cox and Robin Brooks; brothers Jacob (Ashley) Brooks and Joshua (Allie) Brooks; two nephews, and six nieces, and a very special niece Skylynn Brooks. Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00pm, Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Powell Chapel, with funeral service to follow at 7:00pm, officiated by Rev. Carl Elliott. Family and friends will meet 2:45pm, Thursday, July 20, 2023, at Woodhaven Cemetery, for a 3:00pm interment.
