Phyllis Juliano

Phyllis Juliano, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021. She supported the Paws and Badges program. She was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Jim Houston; mom, Josephine Novonty and dad Andrew Juliano. She is survived by her daughter Cindy Kangas and son-in-law Mark Kangas; sister, Anne Glynn; sons, James Houston and Scott Houston; April Roga; grandchildren, Christine Phillips, Phoenix Snider, Morgan Houston, Richard Yussi, Rebecca Houston, James Houston and his wife Andi Houston, Elizabeth Houston and Alex Thomas; along with many other family members. In lieu of flowers, donations to be made to Paws and Badges at pawsandbadges.org, in Phyllis’s honor. Services will be scheduled at a later date.
