Pauline Taylor

Pauline Taylor, of Knoxville, age 95, passed away Friday, November 25, 2016, at home. She was a member of West Side Baptist Church for 60 years. Pauline was a strong Christian woman who has worked faithfully in her church and tirelessly for her family, always putting other’s needs above her own. Pauline was preceded in death by loving husband of 64 years Ray Taylor, parents Robert & Ollie McCloud, sister Buelah Lee, brothers Jim, Ellis, Elick & Clint, and grandson Scott Taylor. Survivors include daughter Carol McCroskey and husband Kenneth, of Knoxville, son Dale Taylor and wife Brenda, of Powell, grandchildren Julie (Shane) Weaver of Knoxville, Joe (Leatha) McCroskey of Martin,TN, great grandchildren Morgan Weaver, Skylar & Hannah McCroskey, several nieces and nephews, and extended family Kaylee Melton and Isabella Gordon. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Monday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Tuesday at Lynnhurst Cemetery for an 11 am graveside service with Rev. Dean Braden officiating.
