Pauline Miller

Pauline “Polly” Candace Holbert Miller, age 98, of Knoxville, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 23, 2022. She joined Milan Baptist Church in 1951 and was the oldest member until her death. Polly was the oldest of seven children born to the late Sherman and Anna Holbert on May 4, 1924. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Reverend Lee Miller, parents, sister, Jessie Melton, brothers, Bob and Richard Holbert. Polly is survived by her daughter and son in law, Janice and Gene Webb; son, Ronnie Miller; grandchildren, Melanie (Josh) Harrison, Ashley (Bill) Harold; great grandchildren, Sloane and Reed Harrison, Webb and Willson Harold; sisters, Shirley (Don) King, Troy (Glenn) Jackson; brother, Coy (Karen) Holbert; sisters in law, Betty Holbert, Jewel Holbert and Dorothy (Miller) Beason. Friends may call at their convenience 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel. The immediate family will be present during the 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM hour. Family and friends will meet 11:00 AM Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Union Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery for a graveside service with Reverend Charlie Tindell officiating.
