Paul Edward Williams age 59 of East Knoxville passed away peacefully at home Friday, December 17, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was preceded in death by his father; Carl W. Williams. Survivors; wife of 40 years, Robbyne E. Williams. Daughters; Pattie Messamore and Crystal Hayes. Grandsons; Robyn Paul Hayes and Robert Jackson Messamore. Mother; Juanita Willoughby. Furbaby; Itsy. Siblings; Carl “Junior” (Jody) Williams, Carolyn Sexton, Betty Housewright, Paula Scoggins, Doris Shackleford, Phyllis (Kenny) Gregory, and Eddie Williams. Numerous nieces and nephews.
