Patsy Lou (Jones) Smith, age 81, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 7, 2022. Preceded in death by husband of 50 years, Ernest O. Smith; Daughter, Patricia Mendez; Son, Daniel Smith; Great-Grand Children, Skylie Aryella Massengill and Lillian Rosalie Tipton Davis; Father and Mother, Dave and Ella Jones; Sister and Brother-In-Law, Wanda and Gordon Cox; Brother, Robert Jones; Special Brother, Gary Wayne Jones; Sisters, Marjorie Jones and Mildred Jones. Survived by Daughters, Linda Denise (Steve) Massengill, Heather Michelle (Greg) Wallace, Carol Ensor; Sister, Wilma Whaley; Sister-In-Law, Sue Jones; Son-In-Law, Richard Mendez; Grandchildren, Jessica (Kevin) Flynn, Charles Massengill, Hannah (D.J.) Wallace, Liam Wallace, Lincoln Wallace; Great Grandchildren, Storm Lynn, Challen Massengill, Alexus Flynn, Braylen Massengill, Grayson Massengill; and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives. A receiving of friends for Patsy will be held Thursday, August 11, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Tommy Louthan and Pastor Scott Landes officiating. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home at 2:15 pm on Friday, August 12, 2022 for a procession to Greenwood Cemetery for a 3:00 pm graveside service.
