Patricia Louise Satterfield

Patricia Louise Satterfield age 83 of Fountain City went to be with her Heavenly Father on Friday, May 7, 2021 at 3:05 PM. After being left on the Courthouse steps, she was adopted by the most wonderful family, Paul Richard Watts (owner of Ulika Dry Cleaners, Broadway) and Edith Louise Watts. She attended Central United Methodist Church on Broadway and later joined Central Baptist Church, Fountain City. She attended Smithwood Elementary School and graduated from Central High School in 1956. She was also a member of the Hi-Hats. She attended the University of Tennessee and was a member of Phi-Mu Sorority. She moved to Dallas, Texas to become a flight attendant with American Airlines. Years later she moved back to Knoxville and married Roy Earle Satterfield (Zipper). She retired in 2014 as secretary/personal assistant from Brown-Brown and West. Preceded in death by husband; Roy E. Satterfield, parents; Paul R. and Edith L. Watts, aunts; Gertrude (Hugh Eckel) Worsham and Pollyanna (Bill) Burchfield and son Billy, cousins; Gerald Hicks and Faye (Mossa) Gregory. Survived by daughter; Pamela Louise Satterfield, long time boyfriend; Stacy Spires, grandchildren; Parker McKenzie Satterfield and wife Destiny Louise Satterfield, long time best friend; Mary Walker Bush, loving cousin who is like a sister; Diane Burchfield Hicks and family, and Burchfield family, good friend; Richard (Dick) Campbell, and aunt; Nancy Rhea. Friends and family will meet at Greenwood Cemetery on Friday, May 14, 2021, at 11:45am for a 12:00pm graveside service, to be officiated by Reverend Alan (Emmeline) Cottrell.
