Patricia Conalee Walker

Patricia Conalee “Gummy” Walker, age 82, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday January 16, 2018. She was proudly born in Honolulu Hawaii. She is survived by son Charles S. Rose (Gayle), daughters Pamela M. Rose and Kimberly D. Carmosino (Gerald), special granddaughter Evangelina “Nena” Carmosino, 9 other grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. The family would also like to thank special caregivers Amy Hall, Mellisa Mooneyhan, Teresa Shelton, Ashley Carden, Mary Jo Nevers, Elizabeth Weatherford, Cynthia Wooten, Teresa Rector, Dr. Robert Shutt, Dr. Cynthia Pearman, Home Helpers of Tennessee, Right at Home, and the University of Tennessee Medical Center Hospice Services. Family will receive friends at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday January 19th, 2018 with a service to follow.
