Opal Miller Morgan age 88 of North Knoxville, passed away Sunday, November 25, 2018. She was of the Baptist faith. Retired from Serene Manor as Dietary Supervisor. Preceded in death by husband; John D. Morgan, Sr. Daughter and son in law; Carolyn and Robert Gilmore. Sons; Kenneth, Eddie and Stanley Morgan. Survivors; Daughter, Mary Louise Vandergriff (fiancé Carl Long, Jr) Son; John D. Jr. (Barbara) Morgan; daughter-in-law, Kimberly Morgan. 10 Grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Sisters; Sue Eubanks and Shelby Ogle. Brother; George Miller, Sr. Numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2018 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City chapel with service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Rev. Paul Thomas Hughel officiating.
