Norma Pearl Tolliver

Norma Pearl Tolliver (Whaley), age 68 of Anderson County, TN went to be with the lord on December 1, 2017. She was a devoted and loving wife. She was the most amazing mother with much more love and compassion than a child’s heart could embrace. Preceded in death by father George Whaley and mother Flora Whaley (Nolan). She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Troy Tolliver; sons Hurley Wilson, Donald Miller; daughters Melissa Hill and Tonya & husband Andy Ford. She was delighted to have 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends December 8, 2017 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Mt. Herman Methodist Church with funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Melvin Myers officiating. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Herman Methodist Church Cemetery.
