Nicholas Allen Kennedy

Nicholas Allen Kennedy “Nick Nick”, age 33, of Knoxville, TN, passed away on September 6, 2018 unexpectedly. Nick was born in Knoxville, Tn. February 05, 1985. He was a graduate of Powell High School. Nick worked for various construction companies for several years. He enjoyed golfing and fishing with his brothers that he loved with all his heart. He loved spending time with his family and friends at the lake and beach. He also loved four wheeling. He had such a special love for his mother. He had a special bond with children who also likewise adored him. He will be sadly missed by many people. Nick is preceded in death by Granny Pat Farrington, Papaw Ralph White, Mamaw Shirley White, and cousin Robert Jones. Nick is survived by his loving parents Becky Barnes and Keith Kennedy, stepfather Reggie Barnes that loved and cared for him like his own son, brothers and best friends Eric Kennedy and Coley Barnes (his fishing buddy), grandparents Pepaw Tip and Granny Annie Barnes, aunt Carol Slusher, cousins Paige and Ryan Slusher, niece Ella Slusher, nephew Baylor Deal, aunt Sherri Bush, uncle Burt Bush, cousins Jeremy and Rachel Buch. He was loved by many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 11th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
