Ned M. “Bud” Warwick, age 80, of Richardson’s Cove, peacefully left this world at his home with his children at his side on Thursday Dec. 17th. A 1953 graduate of Fulton High School followed by four years of service as a machinist mate in the U.S. Navy serving on both USS Briareus and USS Aldebaran. He was manager of The Peddler and Park Grill restaurants for over 25 years. He spoke often and fondly of his friends and family there. Preceded in death by parents, James and Edna Warwick. Survived by son James Warwick & wife Caren; daughter Jennifer Saulmon & husband Lane; grandson Kyle Saulmon; sisters Nancy Maples & husband Hugh, Norma Cope, Linda Corbitt & husband Calvin; nephews Darrell, Scot, Dale Maples, and niece Joely Moctezuma. Family would like to give a special thanks to Julie Crum, RN from Newport, TN, without whom this would have been unbearable. Family will receive friends 5 to 7 Monday Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City. Anyone who would like, is welcome to meet at 1:15 on Tuesday for interment at 1:30 at East TN Veterans Cemetery Gov.
