Nancy Ann Stout Rhyne, born April 13, 1939 to Robert & Azalee Stout, went to be with her heavenly Father, January 25, 2021. She graduated from Powell High School and Draughon Business College. Nancy is preceded in death by high school sweetheart, her husband, Robert “Sonny” Rhyne, son Robert “Barney” Rhyne, and great-granddaughter Mabry Kate. Survived by daughter Robin Rhyne Pankey (Keith); daughter-in-law Teresa Rhyne; granddaughters Lindsey (Baker) Jones, Lacey (Casey) Burns, Christin (Kyle) Webb and Carley (Kyle) Wuellenweber, who were very dear to her heart; great-grandgrandchildren Owen, Parker, Copeland and Baker; loving sister Judy Cates (Pete); several nieces and nephews. Nancy was a member of Powell United Methodist Church, where she had been a member of the church choir for many years. She worked at the Knox County Courthouse, Brickey Elementary, Halls Middle School, and Halls High School. She and Sonny were owners and operators of Twin Gables Antique Mall, which Nancy continued to operate after Sonny’s death until she retired. Through the years Nancy made numerous friends all of which will remember her as always “dressed” for any occasion. Each of her friends were special to her. She would want you to remember her as a loyal friend, who loved Jesus and thanked him many times a day. Thank you Jesus for Nancy as she now is healed and happy with Sonny, Barney, Mabry Kate, Momma and Daddy.
