Monica Lynn Gibbs

Monica Lynn (Daniels) Gibbs, age 48, passed away August 15, 2018. She was a believer in Christ and a member of Shift Church. She was a beautiful wild red head. The bestest mom in the whole world and the most awesomness mamaw ever. She loved to help others and to feed the ants. She is preceded in death by parents, Roger and Elsie Daniels. Monica is survived by her loving husband of 11 years, Randy Drake Gibbs; children, Brittany McCarter (Derek), Christine Hurst, and Justin Slover; grandchildren, Xane McCarter, Lyric McCarter, and Jax Ownby; brothers, Charlie Daniels and Hanse Daniels; sisters, Shirley Kidwell, Ellen Fulton and Lydia Parker; brother-in-law, Rory Gibbs; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Johnny Slover, Jennifer Knott, Kim Severs, April Rosenbaum, Vicky and Bobbi Dixon, Boots, Jennifer Butler and Shirley Davis. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 18, 2018, from 5:00-7:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. Memorial service to follow with Rev. Derek McCarter officiating.
