Mollie Lee Cash Nicely, born February 7, 1917 of Blaine, Tennessee passed away August 14, 2014 after a long life of 97 years. She was a member of Green Acres Baptist Church where she loved singing songs about her lord. She also loved sewing, making quilts, and growing flowers. She was well known in the community for selling produce her and her late husband of 64 years grew on their farm. She was loved and will be missed by all her family and friends. Mollie was preceded in death by husband Curtis Wade Nicely Sr., son David Nicely, daughter Peggy S. Earl, and granddaughters Amy Jessee, Melissa Hamilton, and Lindsey Anderson. Survivors include sons Curtis Wade Nicely Jr. and wife Joyce, Gary Eugene Nicely and wife Debbie, and Gregory Allen Nicely and wife Dorene, daughters Laura J. Dean and husband James, Mary Loretta Jessee, and Darlene Hamilton and husband Danny, daughter in-law Dawn Nicely, sons-in-law Jim Earl and Gill Jessee, as well as 24 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, and 61 great great grandchildren. Cas Jessie, Tim Nicely, Michael Harris, Jimmy Earl, Travis Nicely, and Anthony Nicely will be serving as pallbearers . Honorary pallbearers will be all remaining grandsons. Funeral service will be held 7 PM, Saturday, August 16 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with Ministers Mike Lee and Lenard Goins offiiating. Family and friends will meet at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel Sunday August 17 at 12:30 PM to proceed to Grainger Memorial Gardens for interment at 2 PM.
