Miranda Nicole Glenn, 20, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 13, 2023 and entered her eternal home with her Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
She was born May 29, 2002 to Chris Glenn and Cynthia Hobbs in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Miranda was beautiful inside and out. She touched so many people with her gentle warm spirit and positive outlook on life. She fought cancer so bravely, and put her complete hope and trust in the Lord. In doing so, she provided a powerful testimony of faith that affected all that knew what she was going through. She had a wonderful sense of humor, an infectious laugh and a genuine kindness that endeared her to others.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Susan Spiller and all the staff at Children’s Hospital. In addition, a huge thank you to Alix Moore and Brylee Shelton who helped Miranda so much during this past month. We wouldn’t have been able to get through it without you.
She was preceded in death by her father Chris Glenn and Pappaw Ralph Lee and her grandparents Richard Farmer and Ann Glenn who were waiting on her in Heaven.
She is survived by her loving mother, Cynthia Hobbs; stepdad, Howard Hobbs; mammaw, Patsy Lee; grandmothers, Brenda Hobbs and Kay Farmer; pappaw, Jabo Hobbs; brother, Aaron Glenn; brother Evan Glenn (Katie Dyer); stepbrothers Matthew (Sarah) Hobbs, Brandon (Kristen) Hobbs and Blake Hobbs (Alexis Wood); niece, Sutton Hobbs; nephew Bo Rucker; along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
