Mildred Carr

Mildred Heatherly Capps Carr left this world on April 25, 2020 with only her blessed hope in the finished work of Calvary. Her greatest loves were her savior, 2 daughters: Judy Stafford, Mary Lisa Hepler, step-son Virgil Carr and wife Phyllis, along with other family, friends and loved ones. Preceded in death by her father Carl Capps; Lisa’s father, Chester Carr; biological father and mother John Chapman and Mennie Chapman. A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at 10:00 AM in Bookwalter Cemetery with Rev. Lewis “Louie” Branch, officiating.
