March 11, 1958 — April 30, 2021

Michael Ray Lamb, 63 of Knoxville, died unexpectedly on April 30, 2021 at UT Hospital. His loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. Michael was born on March 11, 1958 to parents which he is preceded in death by Billy and Wilma Lamb he was also preceded by sister Pamela McCurry, grandparents Fred and Laura Dunlap, John and Betty Lamb. As well as beloved fiancé Elizabeth Smith. He is survived by sisters Carolyn Clark Qualls and husband Ronnie, Louise Williams, Mary Ann Mynatt, Brenda Hensley, Jeanette Payne and husband David; brother Johnny Lamb as well as many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He worked as a mechanic most all of his life. Anyone who knew Michael, knew that he was incredibly kind hearted. He had an immense passion for his work and was always a source of positivity. Michael’s family and friends will miss him more than words can say. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 10, 2021 from 6:00-7:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 7:00 pm.
