Michael "M.J." Dean Jarnigan

Michael “MJ” D. Jarnigan, age 28, of Knoxville, TN, went to be with the lord on Saturday, March 25th, 2017. He was a graduate of Powell High School and worked at Smokey Mountain Tops. He enjoyed old R&B music, all sports, and was a Vol For Life. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James E. Russell. He is survived by his mother, Sherrie (Darryl Jones) Jarnigan, grandmother, Deanna Russell, fiancee, Samantha Zink, children, Nevaeh, Angela, Brayden, Bryleigh, Branson Jarnigan, and, Brycen Zink, uncle, Martin Russell, great-aunt, Gloria McClain and numerous friends. The family has requested that memorial contributions may be made to Mynatt Funeral Home to assist in paying for funeral expenses. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 29th, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel.
