Michael Leon Ingram, 67, of Knoxville passed away Saturday, September 28, 2024, after an extended illness. Mike grew up in Concord on his grandfather’s farm, Al Kraemer Farm, which he successfully ran after his grandfather’s passing. Out of all the business ventures he had throughout his life he also had his own trucking company and worked in construction lastly with Ball Homes. Mike knew everyone and everyone knew him. He was the first person to offer help whenever anyone needed anything. He always went above and beyond for those who asked. There are not enough words to describe the type of person Mike was and the impact he had on those whose lives he touched. The words we write for him can in no way do him justice. He is preceded in death by his father and mother Kent and Marie Kraemer Ingram, brother-in-law Steven Scates, and brother Albert Ingram. Mike and Becky did not have any children, but they had a fur baby Lily May. She was their world and they both loved her more than words can describe. She crossed the rainbow bridge in November 2023 and we know she was the first one to greet Mike when he arrived Home. He is survived by his loving wife Rebecca (Becky) Scates Ingram, sister-in- law and brother-in-law Vickie and Cliff White, niece Michelle (Matt) Hensley, great niece and nephew Olivia Ruth and Brayton James Michael (his name sake) Hensley, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Mike and Kim Scates niece Tori (Kyle) great niece and nephew Millie Kate and Cannon Takumi Higashi, nephew Travis (Kayla), and great nephew Maddox Michael Scates, as well as brothers Kent and David Ingram, and so many special friends that outnumber the stars in the sky..
