Mattie Marie Connell

Mattie Marie Connell, age 62, of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, July 10th, 2017. She was born on July 20th, 1954 to the late Aileen and Boyd Cronos and Charles Triplett. Mattie loved to sing and spend time with her family and friends. She is preceded in death by nieces, Margaret Carmichael and Alisha Boling Hensley, and cousin Mike Cronos. She is survived by her best friend of 23 years Jeffrey Paul Shell, loved and missed by her children Frederick Justin Dick, IV., Jessye Glenniath Connell, Jeffrey Jacob Connell, and her baby boy Simeon Joshua Leroy Connell, and wife Danielle Anne Connell, grandchildren Savannah Rose Reyes, Elizabeth Grace Wade, and one on the way, siblings, Charlene Triplett, Margaret Shipley, Sandra Strickland, Charlie Triplett, and Teresa Boling, several nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
