Mattie Brewer Miller

Mattie Brewer Miller, age 64, of Knoxville passed away on June 16, 2019. She was a member of Dante Baptist church. She loved to take care of people. Mattie worked as a waitress at the Waffle House for 35 years. She was a wonderful mom. She is preceded in death by her husband Jasper Miller and parents William and Helen Brewer. She is survived by son Jeremy Miller and wife Mildred Ann, Michael Howerton, Jacob Tyson, and Will Tyson ; grandchildren Johnathan Wilson, Justin Wilson, Samuel Ashton Martin, and Dakota James Beason; and special friends Lela Henter, Gwinn Hoffman, and Denniss Davidson. Family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 7:00pm Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist with funeral expenses.
