Mary Madonna (Price) Stooksbury

Mary Madonna (Price) Stooksbury, age 68, went to be with the Lord peacefully on Sunday, February 16, 2025. Donna was a faithful member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Donna was born on December 29, 1956. She was a loving wife, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend to so many. Donna was a light to everyone that knew her and will be missed so much. Her favorite quote was, "If you want friends, be a friend."

 Preceded in death by loving parents, David and Ollie Price; brothers, John Price, Jim Price, Bill Price, Sandy Price; sisters, Irene Carden, Judy Gardner.

 Survived by husband, David Stooksbury; sister, Jo Rogers; brother, Jerry Price; sister-in-law Evelyn Price; special friends and caretakers, Marla Richardson, Judy Lawson, Diane Woods; nephew and niece and caretakers, Darrell and Tricia Stooksbury. 

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 21, 2025 with service to follow at 7:00 p.m., Rev. Jim Woods and Pastor Allen Giles officiating. Family and friends will meet at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2025 for an 11:00 a.m. interment with a fellowship lunch to follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

 Pallbearers: Michael Murphy, Chad Richardson, Eddie Stooksbury, Darrell Stooksbury, Dwight Stooksbury, and Randy Stooksbury.
