Mary Lee Sexton Letourneau of Knoxville born December 22, 1967 has departed suddenly to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 20, 2021. She was of the Baptist faith and graduated from Carter High School. Preceded in death by her father Lewis Sexton; sister, Susan Derhone Sexton; Cousin, Grace Maggard; grandmother, Ersa Burnette. Survivors; husband, Alan Letourneau, Mother; Janice Staton; Daughter, Chasity McGuire; Son, Billy Lawson, Brother; Lewis Sexton Buster; Grandchildren, Riley Wallace, Kelonzo Pullens, Lavonte Pullens, Kayla McGuire; nephew, Jacon Blair, favorite uncle, Eddie Harold Burnette. Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00pm Monday, December 27, 2021 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel, service to follow at 7:00pm, officiated by Mike Segers. She was smart, sensitive, strong, and goal oriented. Sometimes we would be talking and she would say, "We are not promised tomorrow." Well, only the Lord knew when her tomorrows would stop. I loved her with all my heart and that will never stop. May she rest in eternal peace in the presence of the Lord. Love you always, Alan
