Mary "Kathy" Kathleen Harrington

Mary Kathleen “Kathy” Hill Harrington, age 82 of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 20, 2023. She was a Halls High School and University of Tennessee graduate. She was a longtime member of Fountain City United Methodist Church, Fountain City United Methodist Church Chancel Choir, United Methodist Women and the Halls Crossroads Women’s League. She was preceded in death by beloved parents, Vaughn and Dossie Hill and granddaughter. Chloe Kathleen Bible. She is survived by loving husband of sixty years, Charles Harrington; son, David Harrington (Deborah); daughter, Amy Bible (Allan); sister, Ann Hill Hutson (Buddy); grandchildren, Chris (Lauren), Noah, Charley Rose and Della; great-grandchildren, Carter and Cason. The family wishes to express gratitude and sincere thanks to the caregivers, Betty, Jennifer, Samantha, and “T”, that have become part of the family, caring for and loving Kathy over the last two years. The funeral service will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Fountain City United Methodist Church, 212 Hotel Road, Knoxville, TN, 37918, with a reception to immediately follow in the Wesley Hall.
