Please don’t grieve for me, because I’m right where I want to be. Jesus has wiped away my tears. I’m finally home with Teresa. My lonely days and dark nights are over at last. My heart is finally healed. I want to thank all my family and friends for your prayers, cards and help after Teresa’s passing. Now lay me to rest beside my baby Teresa. Go home and life your lives to the fullest knowing I am at peace with God and Teresa. I accomplished all things in life I set out to do through God’s help; my woodworking shop, a successful hair shop and a thriving day lily garden. But most of all I enjoyed being a mother to Teresa and serving God. Everything else falls short of these privileges. I’ve longed many a day to see Mom and Dad, brothers and sisters, Mammy and Paw and, of course, all my loving friends again. Now our family and friends are all together again. Thank you, God, for 72 years of life and all you blessed me throughout my years and thank you for bringing me home safely to you and Teresa. I take with me nothing but loving memories of you all. Please keep in your heart fond memories of me. May God bless your days and love to all. – Mary Jane
