Mary Evelyn Hansard

Mary Evelyn Hansard, age 84 of Knoxville, passed away February 12, 2025. She worked many years at the Standard Knitting Mill. Preceded in death by parents Bill and Della Beeler, siblings Imogene Knisley, Archie Beeler, Kenneth Beeler, Nora Countiss, J.C. Beeler, and Alfred Beeler. Survived by loving husband of 49 years James Hansard, brother Robert (Elaine) Beeler, nieces Susan Hager, Judy Shoffner, and Cathy Knisley, great-nieces Charity Lay, Sarah (Jeff) Smith, Ashley Kiggans, KayAnn Moo Young, nephews Allen Wolfenbarger and Tony Countiss, several other great and great-great nieces and nephews. Special thank you to all of the caregivers for their love and care of Evelyn over the past 10 years. Family and friends will meet at 10:45am Monday, February 17, 2025, at Oak Ridge Memorial Park for an 11:00am graveside service, Rev. Clay Munford officiating.
