Mary Ethel Marcum

Mary E. “Nanny” Marcum, age 80 of Knoxville, died peacefully at home Tuesday, March 29, 2022 surrounded by her family. Member of Cornerstone Baptist Church for 60 years and was a pre-school Sunday school teacher. She is preceded in death by beloved husband, Lee Marcum; mother, Elizabeth Moore; and brother, Junior Ricker. She is survived by loving daughter, Teresa (Alan) Keck; sister, Lorene Beck; grandchildren, Amanda (Johnny) Beeler, all of Knoxville; Marc (Alisha) Rivera, Washington State; special neighbors, Emilie and Johnny; several nieces and nephews; and great-nephew, Easton. Family and friends will meet 10:45am Friday, April 1, 2022 at Greenwood Cemetery for an 11:00am graveside service, Rev. Melvin Myers officiating.
