Marty Linn Pardue Lay

Marty Linn Pardue Lay age 66, of Knoxville passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Willow Ridge Health Care Center after a short battle with cancer. Despite her own challenges, Marty’s gift and her mission was showing loving devotion as a caregiver to her son Matthew for many years. She was of the Baptist faith having started that journey as a child at Lincoln Park Baptist Church. She was predeceased by parents, Margaret and John F. Pardue and sons, Matthew and Jonathan Lay. She is survived by her sister, Cindy (Les) Williams, niece Betsy Ewart, nephew Ben Williams (Rebecca), and great niece, Megan Ewart. Many thanks to the University of Tennessee Hospice and Willow Ridge Health Care for providing excellent care and comfort. Interment will be private.
