Marion Stanley

Rev. Marion Stanley, age 78, went home to be with Jesus 8:00 am, November 20, 2013 in Townsend, Tennessee. Preceded in death by his two eldest sons, Tony Lee Stanley and Randall Wade Stanley; mother and father, Lloy and Leavy Stanley. Survived by devoted and beloved wife of 60 years, Shirley Stanley; sons, Marty Stanley, Sammy Dale “Sam” Stanley; grandsons, Aaron Wade Stanley, Matthew Tyler Stanley; granddaughter, Brooklyn Olivia Stanley, numerous friends worldwide and a host of family and friends. Family will receive family and friends 5:00 – 7:00 pm Monday at Olivet Baptist Church on Pleasant Ridge Road with Rev. Johnny Price officiating. Graveside services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday at Lakewood Memorial Gardens South in Rossville, Georgia with Rev. Leonard Chambers officiating.
