Macy Montgomery

Macy P. Montgomery, age 69, passed away June 12, 2018. She was employed by St. Mary’s Medical Center with 47 years of service. She was crafty and loved to crochet. Preceded in death by husband Richard A. Montgomery, father Robert Phibbs and nephew Jason Phibbs. Survivors daughter Carrie A. Montgomery-Newsome (Edward III), grandchildren Anthony, Nathan and Keegan Vallone , mother Dora Phibbs, brother Robert Phibbs, sister Susan Bailey (Ken), nephew Nick. Family and friends will meet 12:45 Thursday at Lynnhurst Cemetery for a graveside service at 1 pm, Rev. Mark Large officiating. In lieu of flowers donations to be made to Shriners Children’s Hospital, Kerbela Shriners, 315 Mimosa Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37920.
